对血刺的看法？

Havent been playing that many heroes that buy it until recently and I have to say it feels a bit lackluster. For the most expensive item in the game i just dont bother upgrading orchid to this as i just value pressure from silence baiting out dispel on oponents. Rushing it feels ugly and opponents will usually have something for it by the time you have it. And in late game id much rather sell orchid and get hex to ensure lockdown on key target while i wail on them. Im curious if im the only one that feels like item doesnt offer as much? What do you think about it?
